The KCC choirs just wrapped up a fantastic trip to New York City in June. Our singers had a great time seeing the sights such as the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. They also performed at The Cathedral of St. John the Divine and learned a song and dance from HADESTOWN, among many other activities.
One of the core beliefs of KCC is that we share our music with as many people as possible. The best way to do this is to travel, and next summer is no exception! We will be traveling again June 18-23, 2024. Check back from time to time to get a hint about where we will be going next.
HINT #1: This city has a world-renowned children's choir and
top-notch zoo, one of the largest in the world!
HINT #2: Curling is a popular sport in the winter months.
HINT #3: This city has hosted the Summer Olympic Games.
(Not winter - this was an error in the original post.)
HINT #4: The view of this attraction is great from either side.
As announced to our singers, we will be traveling to Montreal and Toronto, Canada! All singers ages 13-18, including NEW singers, are invited to register for this fantastic trip.
There will be one more audition date at WSU on Tuesday, August 22 from 3-5pm. No preparation is necessary. Come join us for a great season!
